Account activation is provided via email which includes a unique token for account claim. If you need a unique token or if your token has expired, contact the IT Service Desk for support.
Note: Students must provide their family members with access to view their account information. Students can fill out this form to request access.
Family / Other
Obtaining a Family / Other myNortheastern Account is a two-step process. Please follow the directions below to begin.
Family / Other of Undergraduate Full-Time Enrolled and Admitted Students are eligible for a Family / Other myNortheastern account.
Student must request a Northeastern account for their family member using this form.

Account Request & Creation Process
Student should fill out this form to provide access to family members to view student records. Once the student has completed the form, an email will be sent to the family member including a unique token to access student account information.
